Basically i've enrolled to hammersmith college and i've now just found out it dont have a parking facility within the collegebefore anyone ask, its cheaper for me to travel by car than public transport, however the college is located on a side road with pay & display now my question is does someone know somewhere quite close to hammersmith that do free parking or better still know someone who has a blue badge who would be willing to lend to me for only 8 months

To combat the problem I think the government should make it compulsory that on the next MOT peoples cars should be converted to LPG or diesel at the customers expensesthat was the co2 emission would drop slightlyand the government should scrap any vehicles older than 15 yrs on the road
