  1. I already schooled you on that.Berbatov has played many more games a season than van Persie has so obviously Berbatov will have more goals. If Berbatov and van Persie were starting and playing around the same amount of games a season then by them stats Berbatov would be superior but they aren't.

  2. Lest we forget.2006/07Berbatov - 30 Premiership starting appearances - 3 sub appearances - 12 goalsvan Persie - 17 Premiership starting appearances - 5 sub appearances - 11 goalsNow it's done properly.Last season, van Persie > Berbatov GOAL SCORING wise.

  4. lmao @ lies. The excuses are coming thick and fast.tut, tut, tut Ryan.I thought you were a bigger man than this, you posted them stats bout Berbatov a while back, i post this. And its lies.....?!*sigh*
Berbatov started a lot of games this season so he has no excuse. How you gonna say van Persie played 40 games in a season when he started 18 and the rest were 10 minutes here and 15 minutes there.Last season van Persie started the most Premiership games he ever has, 17 biggrin.gif He's never even started half the league games in a season.Hopefully both Berbatov and van Persie stay fit next season so we'll then see who's who.
  5. Half them van Persie stats are lies anyway. He only started 18 games in all competitions in 2004/05.21 in 2005/0625 in 2006/07He's never started 20 league games in a season so how in God's name would he be able to score a lot? Whereas the vast majority of Berbatov's games in the same time frame have been starting.
