Please explain how listening to an R Kelly song in 2019 is helping R Kelly get away with abusing little girls

I’m yet to hear a sound argument as to why I shouldn’t listen to the pied piper of rnb yet

In fact the shenanigans over the last few months has made me re examine his back catalogue and I’m sorry to say the shit is FIRE

You support his music, you clearly ignore his crimes.

You contribute to raising his profile and putting money in his pocket.

His enablers look the other way because of his money and his profile.

You contribute to a breeding ground of people who look the other way.

You contribute to boosting the ego of a paedophile, rapist and physical abuser who continues his heinous crimes because he knows that there is enough scum like you that is going to continue to support what enables him.

    Forgot about this verse

There's no way I will stop bumping his music - would have to be that he done something to one of the women in my family

And this is exactly why people like R. Kelly get away with abusing girls - because society is made up with scum like you

You'd rather support someone in their crimes as long as it's nothing to do you with you, but when it's been allowed to go on so long and it just so happens the next victim is a woman in your family, you can blame yourself.

So apart from searching female suspects, why else are female officers needed?

Policing is a dangerous job. The amount of times I’ve seen two women on the beat together is laughable. I’ve seen that scenario in the video in real life plenty of times. On average, they’re not as strong or as fast as men so they’re already at a disadvantage.

I wouldn’t take a police officer under 6ft seriously either. How are you gonna respect some oompah loompah panda? I do agree that they should all be in shape though.

At the very least, if you’re gonna put a woman on the frontline, she should be partnered with a man. No one is calling that sexist because it’s common sense.

It’s just a fact of life, most people in general are not gonna respect female officers for both social/biological reasons. But hey, when it comes to equality, let’s just throw biology out of the window.

Female officers are needed in case they want to progress as a SOIT officer, for example. Or for cases when women in danger would rather report to a female officer.

That’s what I’m saying. It’s been like this for decades. All this “raise them better” talk is futile when the culture has always been sexually charged.

That’s why I would never let my younger siblings go to any events like this knowing how thirsty man dem are. No one here is victim blaming, we live in reality. Soca, dancehall, carnival etc, has always been sexually charged and it ain’t changing anytime soon.

Again, no woman should be violated but that’s how a lot of these guys are, especially in these kind of environments.

Funny you say this when carnival on the Caribbean islands is pretty much the same ingredients EXCEPT the men know how not to grope and when to respectfully walk away from a wine/declined wine from a woman or any masqueraders.

The roads are going to be mad

Once I saw buses weren't going to be running through Shoreditch later (same with Birmingham) I changed my plans and decided to work from home today. Don't want the headache of trying to get home through there.

Gonna take advantage of that little window of clear roads after kick off though.

I dunno dude, I think its a beautiful thing to see a group people of loads of different backgrounds, insult each other for their differences while smiles are on everyone's faces and screams of laughter are running through the air.

Taking it to social media and being relaxed about throwing the same insults at people who aren't welcoming it is another thing though, but some people aren't experienced enough in life to understand that different environments call for different levels of sensibility - which is why I think being 17 does have something to do with it.

There's ribbing each other over cultural differences where everybody gets it and then there's flat out being vile and making racist comments especially towards a demographic that are an easy target and afforded limited protection. It is not funny.

17 has absolutely nothing to do with it because why are you making such comments in the first place? Black boys will be/were the first to cry about stop and search affecting them at younger ages. They understood how being targeted for their skin colour affected them then. They understood how it was hurtful to be called 'blick', as mentioned above. So why are you targeting black girls for their skin colour and not realising the effect that will have on these girls?

School days it was the black girls who loved to make those blick jokes. Lot of these black chicks on social media are overcompensating for other issues they got. That's the uncomfortable reality they should deal with...

I've never called anyone 'blick' in my life - it's disgusting. I found it disgusting as a kid and obviously still do now. Black boys on the other hand - especially those who shared my skin tone - somehow couldn't see the irony in calling me such names when I was just minding my own business.

Any adult I told about this at the time immediately assumed it was white boys being racist because why would anyone black think to say such things? That's how foolish you lot seem when you want to insult your own like so.

normal secondary school / college bars

are grown heads gonna catch offence?

It's not normal. It was never "normal". Anyone who used to talk like that was touched in the head and quite frankly racist. Being 17 has nothing to do with it.

Also The best bet for you real pro black people (ag,john doe, grafter etc) is to just focus on raising your black kids with morals and values. Reject western culture. And keep them as far away as possible from the negative aspects of american rap culture and jamaican culture.

And get as much money as possible so the future generation will be better off.

And when they are young at school push them to have friends with kids fhat come from similar backgrounds. Make friends at the school gate with the parents that are from the same tribe,or  if not tribe same region of your native motherland.

No white friends. No yardies untill you can id check that they will be good influences on your kids.

    You're a mess...

The worst is black women who think womens rights are more important than black peoples rights

women like that aggravate me the most tbh

Well when you're a black woman there are times that they are. We deal with a double dose of discrimination and it's no secret that there are instances when black men like to join in on that...

    Be aggravated all you like...

  13. Just reading that story about the Saudi millionaire.

So the Saudi guy had a 24 year old link that he knew for 7 months and her 18 year old friend(alleged victim) tagged along with them on a night out.

The 2 girls live together. Why is the younger one suggesting they all go back to their flat to carry on drinking?

Now instead you've gone back to the Saudi guy's flat and he has just f*cked your friend/his link, you say he tried to rape you, then you tried to call your but thought she might be dead so you left her, ran out the flat but didn't wanna call the police straight away because you didn't wanna "aggravate the situation" because obviously a man raping you and killing your friend isn't a good enough reason to call for help asap.

She's 18. She's young and likely misguided and overexcited. If her friend has known him for that time, she probably felt safe enough to be around him.

All of her actions were basically that of a kid who hasn't yet grasped how to think things through properly. If she was scared at that point, it's understandable. There is no one way to react if a rape is taking place/after a rape has taken place. Some people freeze and can't do anything; it's not voluntary.

    Anyone watching this?

It is too funny. Like shockingly funny. Sure I'm disturbing my block with my larfter over this

Saw a preview a while ago.I might have to check it.

It was written by Asha D Mrs I heard

No, it was Michaela Coel. I have to defend this because of the little story behind it.

  16. I know the tasha girl through my girls friend.

Apparently the screencap from Facebook was about that lightskin convict in the states that women were creaming themselves over (i think his name was jeremy meeks) so it's likely it was banter, but it was obvious dstrkt were gonna twist it and use it to do whatever damage control they could.

Meh. There are no excuses for her dumb and divisive comments.
