I think the reason those characters are dominating is because they're the bestin what country should we be having 2 blankas doing top 8 at a countrynone, the uk is just free/doesn't know matchups. That's why I'm picking characters who are consistent at a higher (overall) level of play.

Guile, from what I understand is still upper mid tier. All that got nerfed was his damage (slightly) and his meter gain , again slightlyI read dieminion and afiis thing they pretty much say the same thing.
