Strutter AKA Dan began his career years ago, playing across Birmingham with a taste of Bassline House, UK Garage and Funky House; He played alongside some of the best Birmingham DJ’s as well as other worldwide Artists such as Judge Jules, Amine Edge & Dance, Hannah Wants, Dina Vass, Shapeshifters, Jamie George, Studio B, Clouded Judgement, Mark Radford, Wookie etc.

He has played at some of the most prestigious venues across the Midlands and also Ibiza.

His music taste started to mature in later years which developed a new alias Strutter, still keeping his bass driven background but playing and producing a more mature deep groovy sound.

Strutter’s productions were spotted by an American record label ‘Phoenix Music Inc’ where he made his debut releases onto Beatport, Traxsource and iTunes. ‘Phoenix Music Inc’ works exclusively with Artists such as Todd Terry.

‘Phoenix Music Inc’ has seen heavy support from the likes of Roger Sanchez, Erick Morillo, The Shapeshifters, Mark Knight, Hector Romero, MK, Pete Tong, Full Intention, Joris Voorn, Andre Crom, Jamie Jones etc...

Strutter is now doing what he wanted from a young age and his recognition is growing daily, with his desire and hunger to better what he is passionate for, he is guaranteed success.
