That to my knowledge, is not law-binding.It is legally binding. A contract of employment is the same as any other contract. All you need is consideration to pass from one party to another (ie, money for goods or whatever. In this case, wages for work) and the intention to create legal relations. Them offering him the job, and him turning up on his first day is a legally binding contract of employment which is accepted either orally, written or through actions (ie, turning up)So yes, he has a contract of employment. As for anything else, you need to know ALOT more about his work situation to see how far his rights extend. He may not even be a 'worker'. But as a basis, he has a contract, and has rights.
-
HE HAS GOT A f*ckING CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT JUST NOT A WRITTEN ONE. Whats wrong with you guys.
-
With or without a contract of employment, he still has rights. (Usually)If hes not been sacked yet hes cool
-
Tell him to go to an employment tribunal as they will draft him a contract of what SHOULD have been provided for.
-
Will change now my nigga.
-
Depends on SO MANY things. How long hees been working there? What field it is? If he has a contract, and if so, what does it state? The reason for getting dismissed?ALL THAT

Article 6 of Directive 2004/38 says that any EU citizen has the right to reside, work or look for work in any Member State for a period of up to 3 months (I think, if not 6) without any identification other than a valid passport.and so once this 3/6 month period has passed??Yea sorry, updated my previous post about 5 times lol, its in there. But basically, once that time is passed, if they can prove they have actily been seeking work and that they have a realistic chance of being engaged in the feild, then they can stay. OR if they have found work, then again they can stay. The UK have no right to throw them out in either of these situations.Once they have worked here for 5 years, then they have the right to live here forever. But, even if they sign on for the 3 months and cant prove that that they have been seeking work, then throwing them out of the country is not a first port of call option for the UK. They have to take less serious measure first. This is the same for all EU countries. Dont make the government make you think that immigrants are not entitled to stay here, they have asmuch right as you and I, like I previoiusly said.

Article 6 of Directive 2004/38 says that any EU citizen has the right to reside, work or look for work in any Member State for a period of up to 3 months (I think, if not 6) without any identification other than a valid passport.Problems only occur when they try to reside for more than that time, and even then, if they can prove that they have been activly seeking work, or that they are in any form of legal employment, then they are allowed to stay.So really, unless they are coming here with the intention to STAY, then they are not even classed as an immigrant. They are allowed to enter and exit freely, with or without a job, for 3 months, after that, providing they find work, they can stay forever really. Only then do they become an immigrant. Illegal immigrants, and people coming from outside the EU, now thats a different story lol.

lmao oh sh*t. Didnt think of that. But dont he have long hair? Why would he need to go to the barbers.

that sounds like a good ideayeh nice n simple plus then they all get a chance to prove themselvesNot even tryna bring you down. But when are things ever that simple.Nah i know things are never simple, but as the situation stands at the moment, immigrants sit testswhere they are asked questions that i don't believe should validate there citizenship. questions such as # What are MPs?# What is the Church of England and who is its head?becoz i doubt many UK citizens could answer the questions correctly them selfs.i jus feel that by living, working and basically surviving in the UK, for a length of time,is a realistic way of seeing what life is like in th uk, and learning the lauange/culture is not really something that can be taught or learnt from a book.EVERYONE should know what an MP is EVERYONE and if not everyone the majority.Second q is understandable I could see how not everyone knows.I get what your saying though.Yh agreed every shud know the 1st question (i hope) these were jus the only examples i could find.@ Train i believe were talking bot non-European immigrantsbut still EU immigrants don't have UK citizenships.Oh seen sorry .Nevertheless, dispite them not having UK citizenship by vertue of them having citizenship of another EU country, they are allowed to move and work freely within ANY Eu country, dispite not having job. So I think people will find that immigrants have asmuch right to be in this country as you and I do.

I get more pissed off when the black barber is prioritising his late night raving ahead of his customers. All f*cking talking on the phone when theres a line of 5 people waiting.
-
You lot must be talking about immigrants from Africa of Jammo as immigrants from EU countries have the right to live and work in any EU country they choose without tests, exams or anything else (notwithstanding limitations on time)Dunno what you lot are on about.

that sounds like a good ideayeh nice n simple plus then they all get a chance to prove themselvesItaly cant have a rule like that. Do you mean immigrants from outside of the EU?
