ALLOW THAATjus cos it says that on the packet doesnt mean its the right thing to doif you change it to much (tampon) it will cause you discomfort, and we cost you an arm and a leg... are you honestly telling me you get up every hour when ur sleepin to change ur tamponu change it ever 3-4 hours during the day and at night u shower, put in one with a higher absorbancy and first thing in the morning u take it out and shower has anyone tried that moon cup thing?

your not supposed to change the tampon ever time you go wee it is suppose to jam 4-8 hours depending on your flow
