but this is based on two really good players playing except for Honda,Balrog,Blanka and Deejay for whom i think you dont have to be very good to beat a top level Viper

you dont know what your talking about man, Viper has no bad matchups at all actually honda and balrog is 5-5its hard to beat Viper with Honda or Balrog you need to be a tactical genius tbh

Like who? Viper literally has that many bad match ups it doesn't matter who you pick . I play Viper because she is fun. I didn't start learning the game to win, I started playing to have fun. I don't even play Ken seriously. I only play seriously with Viper. If I pick Ken online endless or ranked it's either because I don't rate you or I'm just trying to catch joke off of it.you play like Wolfkrone, defensive and decent execution but your still losing for some reason, this applies to lot of people on here actually including meand tbh i think Vipers only bad matchups are Honda and Balrog

id say it doesnt do enough damage to justify even using it unless your guaranteed to kill, and meter builds very slowly so i think people are gonna use meter for breakers and EX moves rather than doing the x-ray i think the game is alright but im not gonna take it seriously
