So I was in the boozer with philos and Steven this morning and we were discussing an interesting topic: If the whites left the forum, would it be a better place? I'm talking about the big lads here, guys like myself, dubby, jack, sho, philos, steve, pifferhands, lulu, fa23, ozil, frank, necksta etc. Imo it would not be better, heres my reasoning: 1. we bring the banter 2. we start most of the good topics, except exposures 3. we generally know more about footy and boxing 4. this is multicultural If we were not here it would just be exposure topics and arguments about ghana/nigera or WWE topics. As a gesture of goodwill we would leave Esquilax with you fellas to do as u please. I.e. send him to the shop or getting drinks etc.. constructive thoughts are welcome. Have a great Weekend fellas.

Why is now a bad time to buy property? This is a good time IMO. We are recovering from an economic downturn which dragged house prices down. This is the bottom/near the bottom of the curve. They can't go much lower. With an increasing population, the Olympics and a desire for inner-city dwellings on the rise - property in London is a good bet. If you can secure somewhere which has good transport links you are guaranteed income from rent in the short term and from (more speculatively) a price rise in the long term. I see this as a great investment and have acted on it. I have recently (in the last few weeks) bought a 2-bed in Aldgate near Brick Lane in a relatively new development in a joint investment with my brother and mum. The bulk was funded with cash but I had to get a medium sized mortgage to meet the full asking price.

lol some good fishing in this topic my thoughts asians - the worst smelling. i don't mind the curry smell that much but the B.O. and sh*t smell is terrible. africans - the fishy smell. i stayed at my mates who is nigerian and slept in his spare bed, it stank of fish. his whole family stinks of fish and its a smell that i recognize many africans have. stale, strong fish. i.e. a fish mongers. orientals - mild curryish smell, not so bad. white people - that "old person" smell. ttkk.. its foul. when they speak it wafts over you.
