Basically all the olders at work are saying 90's RnB is the best, best decade for it. Countless classics and all the artists/groups are still THE BEST.Male - R.Kelly, dont care 12 Play is TOO much. He is the best IMO, dont think Usher is on his levels YET in terms of quality.Female - Mary J, need I say anything about this woman. Possibly Aaliyah MAY have taken her mantle, she was starting to change her image and becoming more commerically known.Male Group - Jodeci or Boyz II Men, can decide who is the best.Female Group - TLC, Destinys Child is not on their levels.Now what us olders been saying is that all the artists in this decade aint really saying much and we are over half way thru the decade. And no one aint really touching the abovementioned artists.
