currently doing it at the same day once a weekdo u think u can train it more then this to get it biggercurrent regimemondays - triceps, back, shoulderswednesay - biceps and chestfriday - legs?i want bigger biceps and chest doe u think i could squeeze in another workout ffor them in a same week?

regime looks decentbut if u want big chest & biceps u have to EAT 6 times ad ayonce a week is enoughif uwanna do twice a week make sure u have enough recovery dayse.g.Monday chest & bicepsthen train it again on thursday
or could add it on sunday? and then switch legs tomonday and make triceps and back.shoulders friday
