Tampons is me cuz I'm heavy, but then light towels on my 4th and final day as its proper light. My cramps are agony, i get it on my first day. When my pain comes, no matter what painkiller, it wont work. So I catch it before my pain hits and then thats me painless for the rest of the day. For me tampons are more discreet and I feel more comfortable when using them.
