np.. fifa are doing so much work developing football in the 3rd world, i think there is an artificial pitch and a centre of excellence in every african country now, or will be by the end of the decade. It probably won't help much, but maybe you should look into getting some FA coaching badge/certificates, purely because it's been my experience in mozambique and ghana, that people were always impressed with my level 1 coaching certificate lol, even though i told them anyone can get it, just because it's from the english fa, people were impressed..

if you are really serious about it, you should get in contact with fifa, who via their Goal program, do a lot of work building up the footballing infastructure in 3rd world countries. I don't know about Uganda but I was in Mozambique and there was some fifa officials there and they do a lot of work. They will be able to give you all the information you need, or direct you to someone who can.

i'm portuguese and when i'm in portugal, my team is sporting.. but fabio paim is sh*t.. dude was so overhyped as the next ronaldo/quaresma/figo a few years ago, but injuries have messed up his career.. so much potential, but i don't think he'll ever make it.. sportings coach Bento has already said that fabio paim isn't in his plans for this season.. and since he can't get in the sporting squad i dunno what chelsea think he can do for them
