well let me try answer as many questions as possible. In order to resist shiatan you should always remember Allah when an evil thought / action comes into your head or recite a surah this should hopefully curb any evil desires you may have. I agree but the books which are out now which teach you salat have english translations next to the arabic and the arabic is written in english so you can give salat properly. Thats how I learnt surah fatiha. As for everyone else. Islam does not condone science it actually promotes it. And another thing the Qu'ran gives you guidance on how to live your life i.e. rules etc but everyone lives life differently due to free will. Thats why allah gave us and the jinn free will so we can live how we want and we will be accountable on the day of judgement.

O.J. I agree. But you have to remember many reverts do not know how to read/speak arabic so they can use good translations/interpretations as a way reading the qu'ran so to speak

I believe that everyone should look into islam as a religion. Recently I have been studying the Qu'ran and I believe that it is an ideal way on which to base ones life. Up to this point in my life I believe I was fixated on the wrong things but god willing I will be able to change and lead a good righteous life. The reason I post this for my VIP2 people is that often when I come on here I see people too obsessed with girls, money and other things.
