Thank you all for your positive messages and for taking the time to watch and leave feedback. It is amazing that many people take this issue seriously.
Regarding the food intake and junk food, there is an element of truth in what has been said. I wouldn't say it is the sole or absolute reason as to why someone might feel depressed but it doesn't help either. The saying is, you get out what you put in. That's why when people drink alcohol, fizzy drinks, sweets and lots of sugary foods, their bodies soon react fast. It is not a depression as such as the effects do not last that long and wear off after a few hours. Obviously if you are in a state of depression, it is seen as lasting a day or more despite the kicks ins sometimes only lasting an hour or two they occur quite regularly throughout the day.
