Animal Ronnie Coleman, 12 egg whites EVERY morning with chees, I can even begin to think about the amount of protein in thatThey have everything in america, u can buy a bottle of egg whites lol
my protein shots liquid egg whites still.but boi, 12 egg whites, i can only manage half of that.but the protein should be less isnt it? since the yolk is gone

U don't need a DVD if ur a beginner.Jst eat 5-6 meals a day, lift weights and sleep.Tell me what ur goals are and how many dats ur available to train so i can find a suitable routine.
