Length of time at one club

Do you think that most players that spend along time at a club become gradually less effective and warrent there place on there service to the club and exellent performances early in there career with the club rather then consistant great performances ?Toure for me is not cutting it and that can go for Gerrard and Xavi and a fair few other players

its definitely the case 4 some playersbut theres bare things 2 consider 4 each players situation that complicate it
