You sound like a f*cking hater. The money aint getting invested in sh*t cant u see?I come from the era where a single used to cost 40pNow a single costs 2 quidAnd the service has got WORSE if anything.Hate is a strong word. I don't hate SUV drivers. But if you feel pushing a 4x4 in an inner city, clogging my lungs with four cars' worth of carbon monoxide, is totally necessary, then cough up £25 for it. I don't have sympathy for you.Yes, the money is invested into public transport - it's mandated by law. And yes, the congestion charge has reduced traffic and pollution in London, and raised a lot of money for tubes & buses. I remember when buses were 40p too - guess what, petrol used to be 30p a litre. But time passes and prices rise. The Tube is the oldest underground train network in the world and was neglected for decades, so the increased investment & modernisation in the last 10 years is what we're paying for in higher fares. I use it for hours every day, and I guarantee I have as many gripes with TFL as you or anyone else. But the reality is the network needs upgrading, or else sh*t would be 10 times worse, and it ain't Ken Livingstone's fault. Anyways:Vote Brian Paddick '08ken livingstons a straight up d*ckheadhe hasnt improved sh*t for all the extra cash he goti cant even ride a whip no more in my own f*ckin city
