this may be true, but so much for English teams dominating Europe for years to come. what has happened? has had a excellent game.there is no difference between la liga and the scottish premiership....the gulf in class between the top two and the rest is just to vast to make the whole league exciting...watching the italian league is like watching man city v man city as boring and negative as f*ck.....im not saying we have the best teams because we dont, but we definitely have the best leagueIn terms of quality teams throughout & the lesser gulfs in class (in comparison to say La Liga), the PL is the better, more balanced league IMO.A lot of it has to do with money & politics though, trust.If La Liga had a TV revenues policy like the Premiership, trust, that would be the better league.c/s.... i think because barcelona and real have been allowed to cut their own TV deals this has f*cked up La Liga they are just to rich and powerful to be honest

since its a small venue concentrate on friends , friends of friends.... make sure any dj you hire would draw a crowd and try work a deal with him to flog tickets dont know if you got any pirate stations down coventry but run competitions on the shows for tickets .....free advertising because its a small venue make sure in all your flyers and advertising you hype up the "exclusivity" of the event and the fact that tickets are limited , a lot of people dont want to go to big venues on NYE the usual facebook, twitter, flying....etc if you cant ram a venue in a small place like coventry after all of that........

Ive had to employ bouncers and security firms and what i have always told them its not what you say but how you say it......nine times out of ten bouncers are acting on instructions from the promoter or the club management, if a promoter says i dont want groups of more than two guys the doormen have to enforce it, no one likes to be turned away and i would always tell the security if you arent going to let someone in let them know from the off rather than making them queue for ages to be turned away at the door like a c*nt....and rather than just say you aint getting in just be very apologetic let them know its not personal and that you are only acting on instructions, 9 times out of ten they will still get abuse but it does help diffuse situations....the average doorman gets threatened with being shot at least once a night
