Colds make me delusional :(

Last night i must have blown my nose so hard... I thought the snot had come out of my left eye and was making me blind (it was only watering lol)started thinkin all sorts of madness about how i might be blinded from the snot...nearly had a panic attack Also a few hrs ago i swear i kept seein summit move from the corner of my eye...turned again n i could have sworn my belt moved in the movement of a snakeIs it jus me bein silly in this snotty state? Or does anyone else get this when u have a cold or the flu?
