The do the BB bolt on. Remove the web and add the BB unlimited bolt on. You're either confused or you talked to some dosey tart on C/S. Just say you want to remove you web bolt on and add the BB unlimited bolt on (witch includes web browsing also). It was the latter. Just spoke to them again and they swapped my bolt-on no problem. Cancelled my other contract with them though. Went to Phones4u to get a sim free 9700 but they've gone up to £450 (from £340) - f*ck all that. Might just get one on Orange instead but I don't know if you can even de-brand Blackberrys....

O2 are taking me for f*ck*ng plant pot. Say they want £10 extra a month for the BB bolt-on, even though I get an inclusive bolt-on as part of my Simplicity 30 package I'm already paying 30 squid for 1600mins/3200text and a free bolt-on (currently ultd web), I'm not about to pay another tenner ontop of that - I might aswell get a proper contract for that price! Might have to threaten to leave or something.

Looks like Voda is getting a piece too After having an iPhone 3G and 3GS, I think a Blackberry or Pre is my next dinger though. HTC Hero looks alright too but it's not really about having a touchscreen-only phone.

From what I've seen they're asking £45ish p/m for the HTC Leo when they release itYou'd think considering they're losing their exlcusivity on the iPhone to Orange and now Vodafone, that they'd price the Pre and Leo nicely to bring people in but ah well aye...

I wanted one but I aint paying them iPhone tariff type prices mate...
