Interesting, I had an epiphany a lil while ago. My ex gf's dad is black and her mum is white. My gf and her bro are obviously mixed. Her bro had a kid with his white gf. The kid basically looks pure white. So my gf's black dad was playing with his little white grandson. I was like wtf! How can the black just disappear from his bloodline so quickly. Then I looked at my gf and thought sh*t that could be me in 40 years time. Felt very uncomfortable with it. If that happens then all your hard work in life is contributing to the white race tbh.

If we talking mixed race = black & white getting together then generally speaking I view them as black. How can you not? Visually if you stand a mix race person amongst a group of white people to me they look more black than not & I believe western society sees them as black too. Colour wise rarely do you I hear or read mixed race people being described as not black. They may put it in the details but the headlines are never says 'Mixed race...''. Also, there are a lot of brothers who are light/similar/same complexion as mixed race people. Would you view them as not black as you view mixed race people as not black? For the record I HATE pointing out colour differences amongst ourselves (black people). So dumb. Imo those in power & western society in general see us as one colour, black & see themselves as one. One drop rule came before slavery ended, firstly to stop the children of rape from being considered legt heirs and secondly to increase the number of slaves. Thomas Jefferson had slaves who, in that time period, were considered legally white (1/32th black) . And Obama has been on this race ting from day dot. Seen his old lectures at Harvard. Can't achieve economic equality when black men grab a white woman and dilute their bloodline at every opportunity they get. And in this country the more you succeed the more you're surrounded by white people, that's the truth. I believe most of it stems down from sub-conscious race-based self-esteem issues. I.E Having a white spouse and lighter babies in their mind will make them more accepted in white society. Because they've been stranded for so long they don't think about a black nation they just think about getting leftovers from whites.

Decent deal, I'd rather just throw in an extra oner and get iPad 3 though. Couldn't go back to that screen after using the retina display. My cousins iPad 1 (same screen as 2) just looked blurry as f*ck.
