yep, thats what i discovered with dumbells too. luckily i always tended to prefer dumbells for chest and i do have friends that cant lift heavy with dumbbells liek they can on the bar. those glass videos you posted time ago have really helped using dumbbelli think the 2 set workout routine is to get your body used to the change,

I usually do dumbells on incline, i start with flat bench barbell. I always thought they'd be safer but i seem to push myself more when i do barbell, plus i thought that dumbell bench presses weren't as effective because i can lift more. I normally do about 6 reps on 50k+the weight of the bar. But 2X25k dumbells seem to be much easier to lift.
