Reformat? System restore?

Spybot, Adaware, CC Cleaner and Registry Mechanic. These programs will probably bring up a lot of crap you have no idea about, just let it do it's search and click delete on them once it's finished.Then once you've ran those and uninstalled/deleted anything else you know you don't want. Get Diskeeper or even just use your normal Windows feature and de-fragment your hard drives.

nontbh da lappy actually works fine alot of da time but at times its proper slow or sh*t takes ages to open up & da occasional freeze
