So before everything went sh*t, big investors and businesses (and obviously the extremely wealthy arab royalty) invested money in Dubai turning it into the ultimate rich people's holiday destination, as the oil resources were depleting, and that's exactly what it was. Obviously now it's not in the best shape it's been it, but it'll bounce back.I don't really know what point you're trying to convey TBH
