to be honest next man in the house dont bother me cos REAL NIGGAS aint moving IN with a chick (check comments by other mandem to see this for yourself)from i got my OWN place to go back to i really dont care if she keeps that house.I didn't mean moving into her place. I meant you know when things are going great & you are all lived up & you decide to get a place together. So it's not hers or yours alone but belongs to both of you. I doubt I would move in with my man anyways. Would rather we both have our own places & can have regular sleepovers. If it's about keeping the rent down I have friends who I can move in with. If you decide to get a house together you have to make sure you read the terms of the lease CAREFULLY & think about it properly.Because the last thing you want to do is to move in with your girl then you break up you leave & she moves her lover in and you are out there sleeping on someone's couch.Get a lease and sign it so you are tenants in common and that way she can't chuck you out the same way you can't chuck her out because it legally belongs to both of you. So if you have a tiff you can sell it instead of robbing someone of their half
