Nah I don't. If I signed up to every cause I cared about I'd probably have no money left (slight exaggeration). I do make donations though.My friend's 8yr old nephew was diagnosed with cancer two days ago. Fortunatley no one close to me has been diagnosed with it but it's definitely something I worry about.
