NEED SOME HELP WORKING OUT A ROUTINE

BasicallyI would like to lower my body by 2 or 3% (it's about 12-14 now) and gain 5lbs [mainly on the upper body cos my legs are bigger than the rest of me].I need some help with the diet basically, cos I find it difficult to work out a plan and stick to it.Also how long do you think this would take? 2 months?At the moment my routine mainly consists of around 3 sets of 8-12.

^^^ safe for that link, was pretty helpful stillite i worked out a diet plan, i tried to get a lot of protein and not too much fatMeal 1- Breakfast - Porridge & 2/3 eggsMeal 2 - couple hours after breakfast - NurishmentMeal 3 - Lunch - Tuna or chicken sandwichMeal 4 - NurishmentMeal 5 - 7ish - Fish/chicken/meatMeal 6 - before bed - Tuna sandwich + milkwhats that like?

Add a cup of milk with breakfastreplace nurishment with wheytry and use only one bread with the tuna sandwich before bed cos u dont really wanna load up on carbs before bed.

bit of fruit and steamed veg wouldnt go a miss
yh i know i was just listing the meat/protein part really
