Got a phone the other day was this Samsung F700v ... nice looking phone inserted my sim card and it says phone lockasked my bredrin how to unlock it and he gave me many solutions but they didnt work so i was wondering if any1 knows how to reboot the whole phone back to its original state or if any1 knows how to unlock this with a master code safe

Just reflash the software.smart person would've already belled their network so by the time you've done that it won't work anyway.but try nonetheless.mastercode for samsungs is 8 0'sor *#9998*3323#, exit, 7
