Guillermo Rigondeaux Posted February 25, 2010 Report Share Posted February 25, 2010 the calculation of how much you've burned from excercise will be off IMOthe calculation of how much you burn whilst in a normal state is off but to a lesser extent, everyones metabolism is differentthe calculation of foods is as accurate as u want it to be.
