jcee Posted September 14, 2010 Report Share Posted September 14, 2010 remove it from the device manager, uninstall any drivers it's tried to install or previously installed.. restart... when you start windows and it says found new hardware etc, just close that first install the driver software you got from the intel site by running the .exe file you downloaded, restart it should then detect the drivers and the intel utility will let you connect to wireless networks after.
