The absolute disrespect shown to the lower leagues by the Premiership?

Lower league history and tradition >>>> giving Lewis Baker more of a chance of making it as a footballer.

Clubs with over 100 years of history forced to play b teams in empty grounds.

Football in this country isnt just about the premier league you know.

Its a complete disregard for the teams who have helped make football in this country what it is today

Potentially Depriving teams that have centuries of tradition of promotions so you can make teams who can afford to stock pile youngsters stronger for the future while everybody else stays where they are in the pyramid

How about the actually address the real problem of coaching in this country? And reduce license fees and get more quality coaches in the game rather than clueless ex footballers

UEFA A Coaching License:

England: £2500-£3500

Ireland: €2250

Spain: £435

Germany: £985

Uefa B, A and pro license coaches..

Italy 30,000,

Germany 35,000

Spain 25,000

England only 3,000

And the reason england are shit is because youngsters dont play enough competitive football?

Absolute rubbish

Atm If a young player is good enough they break into the first team anyway, and if they arent at that level they go on loan somewhere else and play alot of competitive football too.

Increase the quality of coaching and they have a better chance of breaking through, and if not they go on loan to lower teams who will have better coaches too so the level increases all around.

What a jingoistic xenophobic report, always blaming the foreigners for being good at what they do. The problem I find with english football is not the amount of foreign players but the drive of the english players and the people that pick them. Just because you give someone playing time in a top team that will not make them into a yaya toure or a luis suarez,Players are not made by giving them play time they are born and nourished in academies that understand player building. If you look at Yaya toure and didier drogba both students of the ASEC Mimosas academy, these academies and similar are what create good players not play time like the confused FA thinks. The FA thinks somehow plucking some average kid into a big team then somehow that kid will absorb the same skills and walk into the england team and boss it up. The FA forgets the reason why many of these english kids don't get play time is because majority of them are rubbish and look like a donkey on ice .This is why you never see many bundesliga, seria A, ligue 1 or even La liga big teams eyeing up many english youth players because its a well known secret that 90% are rubbish. If I was in the FA I would suggest sending a  lot of these kids on exchange programs to countries that have successful football academies worldwide instead of expecting them to flourish here . If you look at every world cup team out there you will notice the majority of their players have experience in many leagues, England is probably the only team whose whole squad plays here and are not picked on experience but which top 4 team they played for. The day England has players from all the top teams in europe playing champions league football is the day they will come close to winning the world cup
