Realz.
if your going to take up running/jogging PLEASE purchase adequate trainers....you could do a lot of damage to yourself running/jogging in generic trainers as they do not support/aid your movement....i invested in some myself, money well spent..... NO SUNSHINE
if your going to take up running/jogging PLEASE purchase adequate trainers....you could do a lot of damage to yourself running/jogging in generic trainers as they do not support/aid your movement....i invested in some myself, money well spent.....absolute c/slol @ the guy running in air force 1sit's well worth going down to one of them specialist running shops so they can do that test to discover what type of feet and run-style (ie. how your feet land) you have so that they can recommend you some trainers...which you then go and buy somewhere else for £30 less
NO SUNSHINE
no sunshine go on... what re these specialist running shopsHere's onethat I know of:http://www.runnersneed.co.uk/home.aspxif you go in they'll get you to try on different types of trainers and jog on a treadmill so that they can test the way your heels, soles and arches of your feet respond to different types of trainers and which type causes the least/most pressure and damage to your feetyou'll also probably find that when you run you land on the outside of your feet, so flat-soled shoes like air forces will cause immense pressure on the inside of your feet because they're so thick and won't adapt to the way your foot landshence why you complain of ankle paintrust me it's worth investing £60/70 in a pair of proper trainers for running (if you do it regularly) so you're not in pain everytime you go for a jog

Zachary Foxx
Put the treadmill on a slight gradient. It's better for your back. And if you want to improve your overall fitness use the stairmaster and rowing machine.
