If the majority of these shop owners didn't dislike their target audience (black people) there wouldn't be a problem. On ever occasion that I've gone to an Asian owned black hair shop I've been followed around and treated like a criminal

Yeah I saw the twitter direction. One dude said the e fit looked like Jerry McCann

Not mine, but one geezer I know from uni was just jamming in his yard one night with the telly on. It's about 10 at night and he starts to doze off. He suddenly gets woken by the house phone ringing. Being the lazy c*nt he is, he couldn't be arsed to get up and go and get the house phone. So it just rings out. Being quite late at night, he assumes that the only person that would call him on his house phone and at that time would be his mum. So he pulls his mobile out of his pocket and bells his mum. "Hi mum, did you just ring me?" "No - I was asleep and you just woke me up" "Ahh sorry mum, speak tomorrow" Conversation ends and he gets up to get ready for bed. 2 minutes later his mum calls him back screaming. Her house is on fire and burning to the ground. She got out after his call woke her up. Weird innit.

Yeah man was thinking the same about the Leicester leng down. Must be more to it. Couldn't have been mistaken identity as they followed him from his yard. The McCann stuff was fuckin eerie man

Do you feel like "taking responsibility for large parts of your community" when you're getting hassled going through airport security again?
-
That's fucked up what happened to you man. Like your money isn't good enough or something. The bigotry and mistrust is horrible.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-24372509 Ask your parents or grandparents about the sh*t they used to endure in the 50s and 60s. These signs were a regular in windows: I've always though that people just tend to hide discrimination more are are more subtle about it. This just confirms it.

Shit at work. You're essentially getting paid to shit and you aren't using costly bog roll at your own expense.

I don't believe it. Can you really just bop into a Job Centre, flash your Latvian passport, and tell them you need JSA?

Have never seen a knockout like that before

Same. How did you do yours? I had a run in with a fat kid on a swing when I was about 5 Football to the face. Chasing the ball as it rolled towards the keeper, full force punt absorbed by my nose. I remember even twitching my nose or pulling certain facial expressions hurt for WEEKS. You got Andy O'Brien'd ?

How far & How long does it take you to get to work??
Illusion replied to Bobby Reds's topic in Whatever
Work from home now so luckily have no costs or commute time. Drawback is no separation between work and home and I find myself working longer and longer. Previous job was a 20 minute drive on the Motorway. Got so into watching the costs that I worked out the most fuel efficient way of driving the car. Was slip streaming lorries and that. Before that I had a 40 mile trip each way to work. Would take a bit over an hour. I only stuck with it so long because I was lift sharing. -

I quit smoking because it makes you stink. Go out on a night out wearing whatever aftershave you've got Then just ruin it by sparking up a browns?
-
Errrr can you shot a car if you're not the registered owner?
-
Err it depends on how you do it. If you're straight up not paying tax then I think you'll just get caught at some point and hit with a tax bill If you're reducing your company's profits by running as many expenses through your company as poss amongst a few other things, then you'll probs be okay

I've recently come out of an office job after working full time office jobs for around 7 years. I get what people are saying about working for yourselves. But office working can be peak. If you've got a sociopathic manager or one c*nt in your team, it'll ruin the office just like that. If it's all lads and banter then yeah it's a different story, but it can easily not be. Working a 9-5 can be soul destroying if you're in the wrong environment. You find your work so unstimulating and not challenging, that you reward yourself by spending all of the P that you earned. And surprise surprise, to get that P back, you just need to go into that office that you hate and work another 37.5 hours. You're enslaved by work. Anyone looking to setup their own business I would advise the following: 1. Spend as little of the money that you are earning from full time work for at least 3 months. Make sure you've got enough to cover the bills if you sack work off 2. Before you sack work off, have a plan. Don't just sack it off and aimlessly bum around. 3. Whatever you are intending on doing, look into it thoroughly and speak to people that have done something similar (business wise) before, so you get a feel for it. Edit: I've recently gone it alone (Software development contracting) feel free to ask questions and that.

You aren't in the UK are you? Big tax free allowance wherever you are. Is that sterling?
