Some good dietary tips in here dons. I joined the gym after not training / watching my diet for years. I eat healthily normally, just probably not enough. Joined the gym about 2 weeks ago to gain more strength (I came last in a game of mercy between a load of boys on a stag do, realised I need to man up). I've now got a bit more time to focus on my diet as I'm working from home for the next few weeks. I'm currently noticing that my recover is taking longer than I'd like. After reading through this I think it's because of my diet. Going Asda now.

HE WAS SITTING BACKWARDS. My gym doesn't do inductions but all machines have clear diagrams explaining what to do. Some geezer in a vest doing the lat machine all wrong. His back was wobbling everywhere and was alternating between pulling behind his head and pulling it behind his head. Chunky girl (not nice chunky either) sat on the rowing machine next to me and couldn't row. Just had her arms outstretched with elbows locked, and was moving the seat backwards and forwards. Could she not have seen the people around her doing it properly? Let's here yours when you get in from the gym.

Yeah but the simple way around this is to have yourself as the first driver and have your mum as a named driver. This is why EVERY motor insurance policy will not leave you satisfied should you need to claim. The profits just aren't there. If your car gets hit and needs repair work, this will be done at the lowest cost to the insurer. If you are involved in a car accident that isn't your fault and you get injured, it is not uncommon for the other insurance company to attempt to agree compensation with you hours after the accident. This is done with the hope that you haven't had time to seek proper legal advice with regards to compensation. Again, so they can save money. Should you car worth £8k get stolen, don't be surprised when your insurance company offer to pay out £5k for the car. I accept your point, I just don't believe that there is much of a difference in motor insurance policies meaning that you'll get a stellar service from one and a poor service from another.

This vid fascinates me. I spent an entire summer playing this game and can say with confidence that I barely put a dent in it. This guy is basically playing the game with muscle memory; he's actually studied the game.
