make sure ur not rounding ur lower back in the squat/deadlift. lots of things can cause this: poor form, lack of flexibility, weak upper/lower back
glute ham raises are the best ham exercise, but not enough gyms have them. RDL and good mornings can be good too.
My gym doesn't have the GHR equipment . RDL and good mornings I haven't really tried. I'm definitely trying to improve my form and recording myself to see where I might be going wrong.

Any one on here count their macros of protein/carbs/fats they take in daily? Would you recommend anyone to do it?
Also how long do you guys think one should be lifting before experimenting with pre work out supplements and creatine? cheers.
