Yeah but that's not always actually true.Judges are ever increasingly specifying minimum tariffs. I suspect that the minimum tariff is 15 years in this case.

In 05 Carnival one of my bredrins went wwith some next peeps and they got into beef and one of the peeps my boy was with stabbed some1 (the breh didnt die tho, werent serious apparently).And last year, I was with the breh and some peeps saw him and my bredrin said that was the breh who got stabbed.
