JJ Posted October 9, 2007 Report Share Posted October 9, 2007 Hes good enough for the squad, but only because of our lack of depth.He's vastly overrated IMO.Absence makes the heart grow fonder...He scored 5 in 18 (figures might not be 100% right) or something from the Jan when he signed till the end of the season and then the next season he gets injured and everyones saying "look how much west ham miss ashton" "look what a difference ashton makes" etc..He misses alot of chances, yeh he does score a few and his record is decent, but its not international class.And definately not the next Alan Shearer Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
