lol batman= is basicly just hench with martial arts training and gadgets he isn't even at peek human strength condition like wolverine, spidey on the other hand has super human strength need I say more, put it this way lock both in a room with no gadgets see who wins.

Like I said it's comic book politcs, batman is the DC underdog who is living among super human rivals so the writers have to give him a bly when logically he should be dead.

batman IS peak human and while spiderman can officially lift 25 tons it wouldnt come down to raw power in this case u seem to forget iron fist(who dont have peak human strength)knocking spiderman around and daredevil getting hits on spiderman and taking away bats gadgets is like takign away parkers spider abilitysbatman should be dead by now yerpbut by that logic so should spiderman
