Right yeah, ordered a DualShock3 from some guy in Japan, had decent feedback, month later f*ck all has showed up and he's been getting loads of bad feedback, I open a case, he replies.. and nothing has happened since.Just checked on eBay, he's ducked, says he's no longer registered etc, so will I still get my money back?

did u say ur account got hacked and you did not make the purchaseor you just say he hasnt sent you the goodsis the funds on temporary hold8/10 times u should get your p back, unless he can show he sent it to you, the best option is he doesnt reply

nah the funds completed time ago, and he claims that there was a problem with his postal service and he didnt have enough money in his paypal for a refund..

wait how much time has passed since you sent him the pand is the funds in paypal on temporary hold for that transactionhas he claimed he sent the item to you and its lost in the post

I wouldn't worry. Shipments from Japan can take up to 6-10 weeks, depending on the method of shipment.Just give it a bit more time.
