The after taste is butters, nice at 1st.Seems to kick in quite quick, done longer sessions and got some mad pumps, will use it few times a week, no need to use it everyday

Yeah could do, its just an energy drink train longer, more focused. Prob similar to having coffee PWO

Probably a carb-based drink so I wouldn't.

Hopefully this hurries upcos I did deadlifts on Sunday, afterwards I had no energy left and couldn't go on the tredmill as a result
