To do this, you will first need to approach a production company, with a good reputaion. Providing them with a solid script and what not.They MAY then wish to use the idea to create a pitch for Channel 4, and IF it is accepted, the production company will get the money.C4 dont make thier own pragrammes, they just commision them, so goin to C4 would be pointless.
