could start a challenge or some sort who can make the most gains lifting wise - ppl post their starting weight and then in say 6 months time post what they are lifting and see who has made the biggest jump.

wots he changed? cant quite recall the original 5x5, but has he just swapped inverted rows for bb rows and scrapped the other assistance exercises?/pretty good routine to get on, especially if ur someone who overwhelms urself with a bag of dum isolation/assistance work. i hate the tone the guy writes in tho./starting wendler 5/3/1 once i work out all my 1rm's

yeh he seems to have got rid of the pull ups, crunches, prone bridges and swapped to barbell rows.....saying that stronglifts should concentrate more on the barbell exercises....im gonna follow until i have to drop to his 3x5 workout then to the 1x5 workout

swear this guy keeps changing his mindlast version he swapped BB rows for inverted rows.. now back againf*ck it i was doing BB rows anyway

yh everyone swaps in bb rows anyway.interesting that he's added a stronglifts 3x5, surely thats just rippetoes starting strength?
