another drunken eastern european trying to hide his past.

how can a FPN not be a police caution.

if you paid a fine to the police you will likely be shown on the PNC

what you need to find out is when the fine is 'spent', but not to think it wont show up.

"my friend i worked with" is VERY different to " THIS IS MY OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE".

this is from a local authority's application. This may not apply to primark or mcdonalds but dont be a c*nt claiming sh*t you're not sure of.

You must give details on this form of any convictions, cautions or fixed penalty notices you have, or any court cases that you have pending. Under the provisions of The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, job applicants do not have to disclose information on certain convictions after a set period of time, i.e. when they become ‘spent’.
