Yep true that, Ive seen bare kids from the ends who are good footballers but scouting in this country is sh*t, In places in brazil you will see scouts come to the ghetto and look for lil kids who are good, but i can never see scouts from Arsenal, Liverpool, Man UTD ever comes to estates and look at local talent, even if you play for a local sunday league, when ever does a scout from a top team come down? Alot of talent is being wasted.
