Not many people know that when Marvel was close to bankruptcy years ago they sold the rights to certain titles,but Fox put in a nice clause. As long as Fox makes movies every few years they get to keep the rights,to X Men and the other properties they have the rights to.The only hope is that Execs like Tom Rothman leave but with the results that Wolverine has posted at the box office, that won't happen for a long time.
