That kind of comes in to putting yourself into situations where your uncomfortable and adapting to your surrounding until it becomes the norm. The more you do this in situations where you lack confidence, the more it will show in other factors in your life/within yourself. I think what lens is saying is perceiving yourself to be confident, when you actually are not and being willing to put yourself in those situations has helped him grow overall to be more confident in general. I'd say im about a 6 at the moment, been ghosting from most people these days and focusing on myself. Once i'm out and about a bit more, ill be about a 8.

I blame there parents tbh, isolating them throughout there adolescent years being raised by a nanny. Being showed no love or affection from there parents, and getting there happiness from material goods. Its a on going cycle with these rich arabs. Because of this they hold no value for money, the laws/culture/lifestyle in there country have nothing to do with religion, its to do with the ignorance of the khaleejis who have been raised with the misconception that money = happiness with a lack of understanding of true love that you generally get from your own family which is why a lot of the time, they are so arrogant, confused and selfish.
