I remember the first time I went clubbing, pre 18. Went toilet n I see a collection of chewing gum, aftershave and lollys. Took a chewing gum after washing my hands thinking its just there for free, turn around I see the old african don with the usual white shirt attire they normally wear grab me by my wrist and shout give me money for the gum. Didn't have a clue you was supposed to pay thought it was free, argued for a bit.. Had 10p in my pocket, thought that was enough for one gum. Aff went nuts, this point im eating the chewing gum, my mans shouting to me 'give me my things or more money' ended up squashing the chewed up eaten gum on his tip plate. Tried calling security on me lol.. Didn't know any better back then Normally tip the ones working at regular spots, and the ones who are on jokes with their bars. The ones who think your obligated to pay them will actually receive nothing.

I see what their saying but surely 600 calories in a day can't be good for your body? Your BMR (basal metabolic rate) is the amount of calories your body uses when resting for your internal organs to function, 600 calories is much less than the average persons resting rate. I'm no professional but I think it all boils down to how dedicated someone is to the fast, if your eating sh*t for 5 days and 2 days your eating next to nothing, you will probably see some results but someone who eats clean about 500 calories less then their daily amount on a fast, timing their meals going gym on a empty stomach while their body is in a fasted state would probably see much better results tbh. if what their saying is done on a short time cycle every few months I think it could run, depends on the individuals lifestyle. Skola check out the hodgetwins on youtube, theres alot of videos on their intermittent fasting, they got a channel just for it. Lots of info.

Lol so true, when I went there ended up spending about £4/5 on a sandwich, some bump. It's peak though when your out the area, and your used to having 24 hour newsagents and chicken shops nearby. End up on some hunt trying to find somewhere to eat.
