A back five of;-----------------NiemiBaired, Hughes, Knight, KoncheskeyIs NOT European class. Especially when your cover comes to players like Christanval. (I take it Volz is gunner leave?)You need to look at the teams around the European places, Spurs, Everton, Villa, West Ham and Pompey all have defences CONSIDERABLY better than yours, so much so not even one of your back four would get into any of the teams I mentioned back fours.Newcastle & City are going to improve as well.And Hughes is not 'decent' hes a below average Premiership player, an average right back for a newly promoted team, or squad for mid table, definately NOT as a starting centre back for a 'European' team.Top 12 would be immense for you.Know your role.
