Don't think anyone is saying you aren't allowed to celebrate.It is the extent of the celebrations. I don't think any of the top 4 would go that sick on the celebrations. They would be grabbing the ball and looking for the winner, even with seconds to go. Easy to get caught up in the excitement though.
